I am making my last project for my
Curves Camp class. It is a Wheel quilt that will be about 40 inches square when finished. I am auditioning different background fabrics to go with some Flea Market Fancy by Denyse Schmidt for FreeSpirit/Westminster. It will be a baby quilt, but I don't have a baby in mind to give it to at the moment.
Gray Bella by Moda
Egg blue Bella by Moda
Pink Bella by Moda
Kona Snow
Which one would you pick?
I am leaning toward the gray, but I honestly think they all look pretty good : ) I look forward to hearing what you think I should do!

I like the grey - then you can give it to a girl or a boy, it's gender neutral. :D Love to see what you finally decide.
the grey is really lovely. i think the pinks pop more on the blue. but my vote is for grey.
I like the gray too. It looks so pretty!
I'm voting grey too!
Loving the grey and the egg blue!!
i love it with the blue-- it's looking wonderful!
They DO all look good, but I love the gray too! Lovely.
I'm not too fond of any of the colours to be honest..they drown out the pattern in the wheel of the fabrics that are already those shades......
I think for me, the egg blue or the kona snow provide the most contrast. I do like the pink but it seems like a few of the wedges in the wheel blend a bit too much with the background.
Whatever you choose it will be lovely!
I like the snow, with the gray following second
This looks great! I like the gray background, my second choice is the snow. Good luck with the finish.
Thanks for sharing!
Seems I'm a bit of a minority here, but I like the blue the best!
I'm loving the grey, too. But is red totally out of the question? Just wondering how it would look.
My vote is for the blue. Could be for a boy or a girl since it's such a pretty blue and you have pinks in the wheel.
The grey is just neutral enough to make every other color just pop out there at you. Stick with the grey. Happy Day
This quilt is going to be gorgeous no matter which background you pick. My vote is for blue, although I see I'm in the minority!
