I've been wishing to have Sweetwater for months. I'm going to Canada for summer vacation.
I'm super excited about this summer! I get to meet my niece and we will be having a family reunion.
I happen to be leaving for a reunion tomorrow.

This summer i will be starting graduate school!!
i'm attempting to grow tomatoes for the first time ever this summer. i have 11 plants, 4 of which currently have little tiny baby tomatoes on them. i am beyond excited about them!

I am conducting a program in an 1812 dress that I made myself, possibly going to Halifax in Nova Scotia, seeing Tall Ships, the Blue Angels, fireworks in Boston, Bruce Springsteen, my birthday, AND maybe a trip to the Cape. I shall be busy :)

We're focusing on gardening (can't wait for tomatoes!) and house projects before our baby boy gets here in September.
Love these fat quarters! This summer I have lots of quilts to make, and we'll be heading up North to our cabin a few times...which means I will spend many hours traveling in the car hand stitching bindings! :)

No big plans for this summer. Taking a fall trip to Disneyland with the kids (when the lines are shorter!) so everyone is pretty excited about that. These are my favorite prints from this collection! I'm really hoping and keeping my fingers crossed that our summer plans don't include summer school for my 6th grader. He has to at least maintain what he has for the next 3 weeks, so keep your fingers crossed for me! If he doesn't go then I see lots of park/beach/playground outings for all of us!

We're planning some trips out of town over the summer
we are going to utah for their big July 4th celebration. We love it up there.
I plan to make a Modern Quilt, finish reading the Hunger Games Series and make some Garments for myself.
We probably will have a reunion but I won't know about it until a week before. That's how we roll :)
