Little Quilt Monday
It has been a long time since I have had a post for LQM.
BUT I plan to start posting more often and today I have a couple
journal covers that I made using
my favorite "charms on point technique".
my favorite "charms on point technique".
I used some 2.5 inch mini charm packs for this project. The one above is
Modern Bliss by Andie Hanna for Robert Kaufman fabrics.
The one below is Posy by Aneela Hoey for Moda fabrics.
Below you will see some pics to show a little bit of the process
that I use when making the charms on point design.
I added a solid fabric to finish the journal covers and I am pleased with how they
turned out so I have decided
that I will make this my go-to pattern for journal covers ; )
Now it is your turn to link up something to
Little Quilt Monday
1. This link-up party is for any small project. For example, mini quilts, doll quilts, baby quilts, place mats, mug rugs,
wall quilts, table runners, etc.
2. They can be a WIP(work-in-progress) or finished.
3. If it is something from the past there is no need to write a new blog post, just link the one that you have already written, and, please link back to my blog post.
Let's inspire each other!

How cute, Elizabeth! I hope you can make it to the meeting tonight. I'd love to see one in person. And I'm so happy to see you posting more often. :) You've been missed.
Great technique! Thanks for sharing! This saves the triangle issues that sometimes come up with "on point" designs. Nice work on the journal covers! (Now you've got me wondering if I should turn that pillow-cover I'm piecing out of squares on point, since I could!)
Great idea! So clever :).
