wip~~~disappearing 16 patch


I am making a disappearing 16 patch mini quilt.

I am starting with four 16 patch blocks.





I haven't cut them yet....I am taking a deep breath before I take the first cut : )

I still have some 2 inch squares to make more if I don't like the way they turn out!
These are all Kona solids.


Next time you see these blocks they will be cut cross-wise and sewn into 
 disappearing 16 patch blocks.


I am looking forward to this mini quilt!

    Hi Elizabeth, I'm your newest follower and this post really caught my eye. I've been saving 2" scraps for some time now but never really knew what to make with them. I'm looking forward to see how yours turns out.

    I love making D16 blocks! I have two quilts ready to be quilted from this method. You'll have so much fun cutting and playing around with layouts =D
